Analyst
Los Angeles, CA · New York, NY
Wildridge Partners is seeking Analysts to join our growing M&A and capital markets teams. The Analyst role offers a demanding, high-exposure environment: rather than working behind a large deal team, our Analysts serve as the analytical anchor on every engagement, working directly alongside our Partners from origination through closing.
Responsibilities
- Preparing pitch and marketing materials for M&A and capital markets engagements
- Building and maintaining financial models and valuation analyses
- Identifying and researching potential acquirers, investors, and strategic partners
- Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
- Interacting directly with clients and counterparties on a regular basis
- Attending client meetings and management presentations
What Sets This Role Apart
- Direct, daily exposure to Partners — not layers of managers between you and senior deal work
- Unusually early and unfiltered client interaction for an Analyst-level role
- Opportunity to shape processes and take on responsibility as the firm grows
- A path to Associate and beyond, tied to performance rather than tenure
Qualifications
- Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA from a top educational institution
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- Prior M&A, capital markets, or investment banking experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; Wildridge Partners is not able to sponsor employment visas for this role
- This is an in-office role in Los Angeles or New York. Remote work is not available.
