Mr. Thomasch has over 18 years of experience representing clients on a wide variety of strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate sales and private equity investments, as well as debt and equity financings. He brings extensive experience advising clients across sectors, with a particular focus on consumer products and services.
Prior to joining Wildridge Partners, Mr. Thomasch spent ten years at HSBC Securities in New York, where he most recently led the bank’s investment banking and M&A business in the Food, Beverage & Agribusiness sectors. Mr. Thomasch’s role focused on M&A advisory and acquisition financing transactions for publicly traded and privately held corporates as well as financial sponsors.
Prior to that role, Mr. Thomasch served as a Vice President in HSBC’s Global M&A Group, where he executed mergers, acquisitions, corporate sales and divestitures for large corporates in the consumer products and industrial sectors.
Mr. Thomasch also served as a partner at Frankwood Partners, a private investment firm that invests in specialty farmland and the agribusiness sector.
