2027 Investment Banking Summer Analyst

Wildridge Partners is seeking Summer Analysts for our 2027 summer program. The role is a hands-on introduction to investment banking. Summer Analysts work directly alongside our Partners on live client engagements rather than behind a large deal team.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the preparation of pitch and marketing materials
  • Assisting with financial models and valuation analyses
  • Researching potential acquirers, investors, and strategic partners
  • Supporting due diligence and transaction execution
  • Attending client meetings and management presentations when appropriate

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA from a top educational institution
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with an expected graduation in Spring 2028
  • Available for the full Summer 2027 program
  • Coursework or major in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • This is an in-office role in Los Angeles or New York. Remote work is not available.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; Wildridge Partners is not able to sponsor employment visas for this role
